"Thanks again for yesterday’s lesson. I knew Ethan had missed training with you but didn't realize how much. He was so energized after the lesson and you can really see how much he gets out of his time with you."

"Personally Dylan has helped me realize I need to expand my game and learn to improvise on the spot. We constantly create new drills with every session always upbeat and fun. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking to be a better player and human."

“Both our boys have been working with Dylan and his HIT program for about a year and our family couldn't be happier. The boys really look forward to the sessions. The training is both intense and creative. His passion for lacrosse shines through where he is supportive, provides honest feedback, and has genuine interest in player growth. We truly respect his coaching style.”

“Getting my son hooked up with Coach Dylan for lacrosse lessons was the best move we ever made for him. What he has learned in the last couple years is beyond words. He was 9-10 yrs old when he started training with Coach Dylan and after 3 years his technical skills are on point. Training with Coach Dylan has taught my son to push himself out of his comfort zone to get where he wants to be. My son has learned so much knowledge of the game & his confidence is growing.”

“We are very grateful for Dylan’s coaching with our son. He is knowledgeable in all aspects of the game and he genuinely cares about helping his athletes excel on the field. What’s more, he continually ups his coaching game, always bringing new drills, concepts, and techniques.”

“HIT training has been a great fit for our player. Dylan puts 110% into each training session, whether private or group. He takes the time to provide demonstrations and provides focused, individual feedback. He varies the sessions and keeps the pace fast and fun. Dylan also takes the time to connect on a personal level with each athlete. He really cares about their goals and encourages them to put in the hard work that is needed to improve. Don’t be surprised if you see him out on the field shooting with the kids-he loves to play the game as much as they do!”
